Home to the renowned River Course Golf Course, the restaurant is located inside the course clubhouse and offers a diverse breakfast and lunch menu at a reasonable price.  Guests of the River Course Grill can soak up the mountain sun on the patio while enjoying a happy hour cocktail or a meal after a rousing round of golf.  Keystone River Course Grill is seeking a talented and passionate kitchen supervisor to join their team! 


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Follows directions/specifications of the general manager.
  • Ability to work all stations in the kitchen as required.
  • Supervise daily operations and employees.
  • Supervise and develop kitchen staff.
  • Provides training and guidance to culinary staff to ensure quality and timely food production.
  • Will prepare food according to standardized recipes and portion controls using proper culinary techniques.
  • Inspects food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills. 
  • Work as a leader within the group with food production.
  • Ordering and receiving.
  • Managing schedules and overtime.
  • Adhering to budget.  
  • Other duties as assigned.    



  • Culinary degree – preferred
  • 3+ years working in a kitchen - preferred
  • 1+ year of kitchen supervisory experience- preferred
  • Safe Serve certification - preferred but will offer class to get certified if not.
  • Computer skills in purchasing, Microsoft Office, and email - preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Broad knowledge of all culinary styles and cooking techniques.
  • Positive work ethic.
  • Practices good personal hygiene, safe food handling and culinary skills.
  • Has own culinary tools.
  • Must adhere to Cutting Edge Safety Training and Serve Safe Training.
  • Must have certified slip resistant shoes.
  • Work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
