The Keystone Lodge & Spa is looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join their team!

This person will assist the Executive Housekeeper in directing operations of housekeeping staff. The Assistant is in charge of the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper. Housing Available! 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training and supervision of all housekeeping staff
  • Ensures proper scheduling of all shifts for proper coverage according to occupancy
  • Assists in interviewing all prospective employees to ensure proper staffing levels are met
  • Discipline, reward and develop employees as necessary
  • Helps ensure all company and department policies are followed by all staff
  • Ensures proper supplies and maintains proper levels of supplies for staff
  • Maintains high morale and a sense of professionalism in all staff
  • Conducts daily inspections of rooms and common areas (one to two hours a day) to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of these areas to meet or exceed company brand standards
  • Ensures all payroll corrections are complete in the PeopleSoft system and approves payroll

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Basic computer skills, including Word & Excel
  • 3+ years of housekeeping or hotel operations experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience

Preferred:

  • Payroll & inventory experience
  • Bilingual English & Spanish

 

The budgeted range starts at $40,500 - $46,250.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
