  • Follow all safety procedures and alert supervisor to any unsafe conditions that may exist.
  • Perform daily rounds - check boilers, pools, common areas, sprinkler systems, fire pump room, fire panels, etc.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and guest rooms
  • Attend to any work orders and both guest and departmental/employee requests
  • Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner
  • Provide for safe disposal of all waste material
  • Work with property techs and outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed
  • Maintain records of all work activities and support materials
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to provide details to leadership team.
  • Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, take necessary corrective action, and record same following specific departmental procedures
  • Ensure work assignments are completed with no rework and with little to no supervision
  • Follow Brand Standards
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years working in trades or general maintenance (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Microsoft office, web-based applications
  • Must read and write fluent English
  • Teamwork, customer service, ability to work independently, organizing and prioritizing tasks, curious and active learner
  • Painting and drywall experience, knowledge of basic plumbing, pool maintenance experience


The budgeted range starts at $17 - 20.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
