Entry Lift Mechanic - $17 per hour

Job Specifications:  

• Starting Wage: $17 per hour

• Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour. 

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

• Skill Level: Entry 

This position is responsible for performing all routine maintenance procedures under the guidance of the Lift Maintenance Manager and senior mechanics. Higher level roles like Intermediate/Advanced available based on experience. 

Other job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair the assigned lifts
• Interact professionally with lift operations staff and assist with lift operations training
• Be able to follow safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Overtime may be required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Ability to define each major component of a lift and its purpose
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and
• Able to stand for long periods of time of up to four hours
• A valid US Driver's License -preferred
• Ability to work on high structures, outside, and under inclement weather -required
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays required
• Be able to obtain climbing certification -required

The budgeted range starts at $17.00 - $26.18.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
