Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $20 per hour
  • Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year round (10 month)
  • Skill Level: Entry


General Landscaper: We are looking for a candidate who is detailed oriented and takes pride in their work.  Our properties esthetics are what create our guests first experience, if that is what motivates you then this is the job for you.  You will be responsible for mowing, weeding, landscaping at our wedding venue and supporting our base area grounds team. 



Job Summary

Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks as assigned by manager. These routinely include but are not limited to:

  • Mowing, weeding, mulching and weed eating
  • Garbage clean up at the property
  • Landscaping
  • Ensuring details in our guests viewing space are pristine
  • Support base area grounds crew
  • Support building maintenance team as needed
  • Lawn work including but not limited to mowing, weeding, raking, clean up
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary for guest service
  • Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • This role may include interaction with guests. Professionalism must be demonstrated at all times.
  • Maintain all facilities and operation systems in a safe and efficient working order
  • Willing to support other departments based on business needs,  in building maintenance and outdoor base area
  • Follow Brand Standards
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Must be able to work independently or in a team setting
  • Able to work flexible shifts including some weekends
  • Requires the ability to communicate
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with guests and customers of the resort in a friendly and accommodating manner.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.  The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. 
  • High school diploma, GED or trade school degree –required



The budgeted range starts at $20-$22.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
