The Product Sales Team Lead is a part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and will be responsible for overseeing the sale and auditing tickets, season passes, and fulfilling pre-purchased sales orders at Hidden Valley’s ticket office/SRS locations. This position requires a full knowledge of our products and services and is responsible for collecting guest information, reconciling daily audit packs, and assisting with daily operations. As a Product Sales Leader, you will receive a high level of guest interaction and will be the face of Hidden Valley! We are looking for guest service oriented individuals who are positive, outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, are well disciplined, and take pride in their work. Experience in team building a plus.


Product Sales Team Lead responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to create a positive arrival experience for all guests.
  • Establish a professional and responsive relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have comprehensive understanding of all products, procedures, service initiatives and sales processes
  • Uphold training initiatives and best practices of PSS/Revenue Audit, company-wide.
  • Serve as the opening/closing supervisor for PSS/Guest Services team members during operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision making authority, acts as manager-on-duty in absence of other management presence


What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the management of high-volume, guest facing phone-lines, voicemails, and email inboxes.
  • Strong ability to communicate with the consistent brand-voice so that all communication from staff is uniform.
  • All tasks associated with the sales agent's responsibilities, the Team Lead must be able to step in and help on the front lines when busy in any selling location
  • Assist in the opening/closing of the resort including the assignment of stations, and reconciliation of audit packs.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to answer operational questions and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Stay up to date on all products, policies and operations in order to provide the highest level of guest service at all times.
  • Escalate any audit concerns and questions to manager to rectify issues in a timely manner
  • To continually strive to exceed our guest’s expectations.
  • Resolve guest relation and/or product issues in an expedient manner and perform refunds under guidance of management.
  • Field guest issues and work to create individualized service solutions
  • Will assist in performance management/evaluations of all PSS Department employees; monitors quality of staff to encourage exceptional guest experience
  • Follow all company standards in-regards to paperwork, cash management and loss prevention standards; including securing and counting all required cash.
  • Deliver an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service at all times.
  • Serve as resort point of contact and providing insight, expertise and a resort stance on regional Best Practice calls.
  • Serve as a resource and knowledge base for new and existing employees
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Ability to maintain composure while answering routine, and repetitive guest questions.

  • Punctual, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Aptitude to communicate fluently and effectively in English
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Ability to stay calm and perform well in busy and stressful situations




  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • 1+ years previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others
  • Ability to perform in a high paced, variable, multi-faceted environment with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be at least 18 years of age – Required
  • Physical strength and ability to: respond appropriately to unplanned situations; stand for long periods of time; kneel, stoop, bend frequently; lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows based applications and internet-based software – Preferred



Resort Operational Details: 

  • This is a full-time seasonal position for winter operations. 
  • Anticipated dates for resort operations are December 18th – Early March 
  • Employees will be required to attend select training dates during the months of November/December.  


The budgeted range starts at $14.25.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
