Summary of Job:

 

The Senior Manager of TA - Relationship Management will collaborate with leaders, leveraging the talent strategy, to drive business value through talent acquisition tools, processes and data. Their main responsibility is to work closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers and the assigned recruiters, to design and execute region wide talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent for the business/region. This role will also serve as a subject matter expert for these key stakeholder groups and provide frequent updates on recruiting activity.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Regional relationship manager for all things TA-related.  Accountable for all TA results in the region, bridging the needs of local leaders & hiring managers with the TA delivery resources in shared services (TAG) and in the TA COE.
  • Along with HR BP and TD senior manager, the TA BP works across the various organizations and capabilities to solve short- and long-term local talent challenges, e.g., hard-to-fill roles, returner rates, show-up rates, new hire quality, etc.
  • Responsible for TA inputs and outputs associated with regional short- and long-term workforce planning.  Monitors and reports regional staffing status.  Works through regional staffing challenges using a data-driven approach.
  • Responsible for relationships with regional sourcing channels and for managing regional recruiting events.
  • Provide input on performance of delivery resources.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
