Terrain Park Lead - Winter Seasonal

Terrain Park Foreman is responsible for leading the crew of terrain Park Attendants through daily operations and the building process. Daily duties include coordinating opening/closing procedures, keeping on hill materials organized/stocked, and relaying nightly grooming requests. The foreman will be responsible for delegating duties to the attendants to ensure a quality product. Must have two years of prior terrain park work experience. It is preferred for this person to have additional skills such as carpentry, heavy equipment operating, and welding.

Essential Job Functions 

  • Lead crew of 3-6 terrain park attendants to achieve program goals
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures including maintaining daily logs
  • Keeping all on hill materials stocked and properly organized
  • Educate guests on terrain park saftey and monitor usage
  • Promote safe and effective strategies during operations
  • Delegate duties to terrain park attendants and provide timely feedback
  • Communicate daily grooming requests to terrain park manager and groomer
  • Coordinate with events crew during terrain park based events

Job Requirements 

  • Intermdiate or advanced skiing/riding level
  • Must have working knowledge of terrain park operations
  • Must be able to lift 100 pounds
  • Availibility during weekends and holidays during the season
