Job Summary:

CBMR Owns and operates seven different culinary outlets both on mountain and in the base area. We are looking for individuals that are interested in developing their skills under our highly experienced Resort Executive Chef and gain diverse experience by working in different kitchens from American Fast Casual, to Bistro Chic, to Five Course French Inspired Luxury Dining!

Responsible for providing the best possible culinary experience to guests within our F&B Facilities! Supervision of culinary and other "Back of House" operations in restaurant and on occasion FOH personnel. Assists Outlet Manager and Chef in maintenance of recipes, recipe costing, product implementation and product delivery. Delivers high quality F&B products and the proper service thereof. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of facilities; following HAACP procedures. Assists in staff training, development, scheduling, and discipline. Assists in maintenance of budgetary guidelines, goals, finances, and costing of goods sold. Works to promote a positive public image of the F&B facility.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Production and delivery of a high quality, healthy, food and beverage product.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and outlet facility through proper HAACP procedures.
  • Assists in maintenance of proper production and service standards,  and recipe adherence .
  • Train, coach and supervise F&B outlet personnel.
  • Promote a positive professional culinary culture throughout the F&B outlet and resort.
  • Assist in attaining and maintaining budgetary guidelines and goals, as well as proper accounting and inventory procedures.
  • Schedule and assign work, and provide work direction and review to culinary staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Windows Office and experience with ordering, costing, and accounting with Vendors preferred.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years in kitchen operations required.
  • Some conversational Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • *Intermediate Skiing or Snowboarding ability required to work at On Mountain facilities!
