The Talent Acquisition Regional Relationship Manager for Colorado builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the region and with the TA Community of Expertise (CoE).  The manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that TA requirements are achieved for all stakeholders within the region in a one-to-many way.  Key responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure regional hiring results are achieved by working through others, i.e., requisitions are fulfilled via centralized and shared recruiters, who maintain hiring manager one-to-one relationships.
  • Manage region hiring demand and report status using standardized tools.  Perform ad hoc analysis using data as required.  Build rigorous business cases for region talent investments.
  • Work directly with HR and business leaders to understand and solve key talent challenges within the region, both by configuring and deploying enterprise solutions from the CoE and also by applying a data-driven test-and-learn approach to address unique region challenges.
  • Work closely with other CoEs (e.g., HR Services, Total Rewards, Talent Development, People Analytics, etc.) to solution and deliver required region results.
  • Continuously contribute Talent Acquisition subject matter expertise to enterprise initiatives.  Work collaboratively with other region relationship managers to “build once and apply many.”

 

 

Additional responsibilities:

 

  • Partner directly with the Sr. Regional Relationship Manager and HR Business Partners to align talent and business needs through enterprise strategies and resources with regional relevance.
  • Conduct internal consulting with HR business partners and COE teams to analyze and assist with short- and long-term talent challenges (e.g. hard-to-fill roles, returner and show-up rates, new hire quality, etc.)
  • Manage TA inputs and outputs associated with regional short- and long-term workforce planning.  Proactively identify gap areas, e.g., cooks at Breckenridge, and apply or develop solutions.
  • Evaluate impact of talent acquisition programs/initiatives within the region using data-driven expertise.
  • Partner with region internal (employee experience coordinators) and external resources (local colleges, etc.) to achieve results.
  • Provide performance feedback on TA delivery resources.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • College degree required
  • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong reporting and data analysis experience
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Previous experience with change management, process improvement, and the development and execution of talent strategies
