Job Summary:
The Director of HR Technology Program Management is a strategically important position reporting to the Senior Director of HR Technology. You will be an important part of our high-energy, unique, fast-paced, and innovative culture. The position will be primarily responsible for building and overseeing the Vail Resorts Human Resources Technology program management team. This position will bring value to the organization through thought leadership, design and execution of the HR portfolio, professional development across project managers and business analysts, and stakeholder management of senior technology and HR leaders.
We are looking for an articulate leader that is highly ambitious and detail oriented. This leader will come with deep program delivery expertise, with a proven track record for delivering large and complex portfolios across Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Timekeeping applications, with a history of developing high functioning teams.
To succeed in this role, you must have a keen understanding of the decision-making processes, be able to build relationships with functional leadership, and the ability to systematically improve data driven decisions in a complex environment. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in driving high visibility projects critical to Vail’s continued success.
