Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital IT Project Manager to join our exciting, demanding and growing Digital IT Team. This role is designed for those with drive, are highly organized, thrive in ambiguity, and are comfortable communicating with Stakeholders and Executives alike. This position will be directly responsible for managing multiple tracks of work with ongoing iterative projects of varying complexity within the Digital IT website optimizations on our consumer-facing websites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project management activities in an agile/waterfall environment including:  project initiation, planning, budgeting, resource planning, scope management, dependency management, risk management and ongoing communication. 
  • Serve as the Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile team ceremonies/rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, task estimation, demos and retrospectives and release management).
  • Partner with other IT groups including: Resort Application Development, Information Security and Infrastructure to plan for and execute on the delivery of complex projects 
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure project objectives, success criteria, scope, requirements and requested by dates are defined and delivered upon. 
  • Own project-related communications and escalation to internal Digital IT Team members and Stakeholders including weekly status reports, risk/issue/action item/open question/assumption tracking, as well as key decision alignment and logging,
  • Build and manage strong relationships with all internal teams and 3rd party vendors. 
  • Support and track contract negotiations with 3rd party vendors. 
  • Responsible for capital project and operation expense budget management – recording, tracking, reporting, and communicating. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

Required:  

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management for critical, cross-functional projects / programs  
  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills 
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities and flex in ambiguous situations 
  • Extremely Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Extremely Proficient in Project Management tools such as SmartSheets 
  • Experience managing vendors
  • Experience owning and managing multiple Capital budgets
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira & Confluence  

Preferred: 

  • Certified Project Management Professional 
  • Certified Scrum Master 
  • Digitally fluent and confident in speaking to and educating about the rapidly changing digital landscape, including platforms, technology and innovation

 

The budgeted range starts at $80,000 - $110,000 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
