Job Summary
The Vail Resorts’ Investigations Team is looking for an exceptional Sr. Analyst, Internal Investigations (Investigator) to join our team. The Investigator reports to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment and works directly with Legal, Human Resources, and Operations teams to investigate complex and sensitive matters, including violations of Company policies, workplace disputes, equal employment opportunity complaints, and other incidents concerning potential financial, safety, and reputational issues for the Company.
By conducting high-quality independent investigations, you will partner with diverse stakeholders throughout the Company to mitigate risk and achieve high levels of compliance, accuracy, reporting, and issue resolution. You will also analyze data and metrics to proactively identify trends and build better investigative systems. The Investigator role requires an agile and diligent problem solver, who can quickly connect with new people and efficiently learn complex areas of the business.
