SUMMARY OF JOB:  

As a Senior Manager within the Communication and Change Management practice, you will lead the development and execution of strategies and related deliverables that support large-scale changes and HR programs.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and embed enterprise wide-change management strategy, tools and templates based on best practices (scope including acquisitions/integrations/internal transformations and change management)
  • Responsible for continuous improvements of the change process, building consensus and supporting execution across functions.
  • Work with the HR team to reimagine the strategy for communications across all facets of the Employee Lifecycle; onboarding, performance management and compensation, rewards and benefits.
  • Establish a content management strategy for disparate content management systems, define what systems are the systems of record and which ones can be sunset over a period of time. Establish governance across functions and systems.
  • Oversee execution of the content management strategy across the enterprise; beginning initially with establishing strategy and governance for content across Intranet, Mobile App, and ServiceNow Knowledge base.
  • Manage content analyst.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
