This includes establishing and tracking of outcomes metrics; developing and maintaining key relationships with participating organizations, coordinating all logistics such as creating and maintaining calendars, participant rosters and gear.

This role will connect vulnerable communities to the resorts through two main programs – adaptive access and Epic for Everyone youth connection.

  • Adaptive programs create inclusion in winter sports for those facing mental, physical, and developmental barriers. Through partnerships with non-profits, Vail Resorts’ mountain resorts provide access to individual guests and their families, youth, veterans, and many more.
  • Through the Epic for Everyone engagement platform, Vail Resorts’ youth inclusion program will connect kids to outdoor winter sports through partnerships with urban-based youth organizations working with diverse and often underserved populations. With these non-profit partnerships we hope to remove barriers for kids who wouldn’t otherwise have access to experience winter sports, and help inspire and motivate the next generation to create meaningful connections to the outdoors.

  • Lead youth inclusion programming at existing locations for 5,000 youth across the enterprise

  • Work with resort operations to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Build and maintain critical relationships with non-profit partners to ensure program development, and ongoing participation
