Job Summary: As a member of the Shared Service Lodging Accounting staff, you will be responsible for supporting Lodge Audit accounting. This role is integral in supporting accuracy of accounting transactions from the Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation systems.


General Description:

  • Accounting support of hospitality systems and processes; IQW Property Management System support, system mapping review, audits of transactional accuracy
  • Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy and compliance
  • Demonstrate a positive, professional and team oriented attitude toward coworkers, internal and external customers, and management

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Review of General Ledger transactions for accuracy
  • Collaboration with Owner Accounting to ensure owners are paid properly
  • Month end close of PMS systems
  • Create general ledger journal entries
  • Communication with wholesaler partners & vendors
  • Ad hoc project support, as requested
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor/Associates Degree in business, accounting or related discipline - preferred
  • 1 years accounting experience - preferred
  • Strong attention to detail; highly organized
  • Motivated to excel in role and drive value for the greater finance organization
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience using IQWare, Inntopia - preferred


The budgeted range starts at $20 - $23.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
