Our Project Managers are responsible for leading project delivery and proactively communicating to key stakeholders.  This particular individual will work with dynamic cross-functional teams to deliver forward-thinking creative technology solutions in a collaborative environment. We are looking for someone with strong project and portfolio management skills.   The person in this role will partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive the delivery of those needs.  They will also drive the overall improvement and standardization of our team’s project processes and communication tools. 

The position reports to the Director of Hospitality and Sales.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strong program and project delivery
    Manage program level budgets and spend with an eye towards repeatable on-time, on-budget, on-scope project delivery
  • Lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Build and manage strong relationships with project stakeholders and decision makers
  • Directly manage any required contract project managers, business analysts and/or QA analysts
  • Participate in and coordinate the up-front assessment and estimation process for new initiatives
  • Continually improve the project delivery processes throughout the SDLC
  • Proactively identify, communicate and manage risks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software development projects and programs
  • Excellent communication skills: comfortable presenting information at the right level to the right audience; able to present to various levels of leadership
  • Able to run projects with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Able to work through ambiguity to get to a clear scope, requirements and project plan
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Independent, self-motivated, and dynamic professional
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Able to understand and bring appropriate resolution to complex issues
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management certification is not required but is a definite plus.
