Summary of Job:

This is an entry level position responsible for maintaining designated mountain(s) invoicing workflows in accordance with payment terms. AP Data Entry Clerks will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time payment. This team is a crucial resource supporting of all aspects of Accounts Payable processing for the entire enterprise.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Invoices for payment
  • Index key-words to invoice within 48 hours/ Index a min. of 500 invoices per week
  • Perform three-way match between operations purchase order and vendor invoice
  • Process 20-25 invoice lines per hour
  • Identify and note reason an invoice cannot be processed; route to exceptions for resolution
  • Complete batch out process daily to verify and ensure work was done accurately
  • Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis
  • Help maintain SOX compliance to AP key controls/ Identify taxability and add use tax if applicable
  • Respond to phone calls and email within 48 hours
  • Work on special projects assigned by AP Management
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements: 

  • Able to work well on computer – type emails and 10 key - required
  • Experience in PeopleSoft, Coupa, ELKE, Onbase - preferred
  • Accounting background - preferred

The budgeted range starts at 16.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
