Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigate credit card fraud activity
  • Defend chargeback requests within the time limits set by the credit card bank.
  • Research, gather and provide all documentation to support Vail Resorts' side of the chargeback transaction.
  • Collect customer credit card transactions resulting from a chargeback.
  • Develop relationships with other departments to maximize chargeback defense.
  • Maintain spreadsheet detailing chargeback requests and their resolutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit card transactions
  • Other projects/tasks as assigned or appropriate.



Qualifications Needed:

  • One year accounting experience preferred.  Accounting degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in high volume, high priority environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills:  Able to identify problems and solutions.
  • Ability to learn and use advanced PC applications.
  • Must be able to interact well with outside agents as well as other internal depts. and contacts.



Computer Skills Preferred:

  • Microsoft Office applications experience.
  • LMS, SMS, RPOS, V1, Osprey, Tour Partner, IG, Jonas, Clientline, Shift4, Amex OMS, Discover Network, experience preferred.
