The Regional Administrative Assistant will assist the Regional Manager, Area Managers and Store Managers in Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Silverthorne. Responsible for the coordination of operations and facilitating the staffing needs for each store and offsite sales events, in order to retain productivity and efficiency of retail outlets in the Summit County Region.


Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Work with and assist Regional Manager in managing the operations of the region. Assist Regional Manager as requested with all operational tasks to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Serve as liaison between Regional Managers, Store Managers, Corporate/Resort Recruiters and Corporate/Resort HR Offices
  • Coordinate all Regional event sales
  • Create PO's of store operational items
  • Verify expense reports for Regional Manager and Area Managers
  • Place advertisements in regional newspapers
  • Assist employees with completion of new hire/benefits paperwork and serve as primary point of contact for employees and managers to answer high level questions regarding benefits, payroll, time off, etc
  • Communicate progress, problems, discrepancies and results to Regional Manager on a weekly basis



  • High School diploma or equivalent - required
  • Undergraduate Degree - preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - required
  • English fluency both written and verbal
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Retail background - preferred
  • Office administration operations experience - preferred
  • Snowsports background - preferred
