Job Summary

As a Concierge Agent of the DoubleTree by Hilton, you would be responsible for the operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

  • Work with the Front Desk Manager, Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms to provide the highest level of guest service.
  • Communicates effectively in writing and verbally to guest and team members to ensure that all details are taken care of.
  • Arrangement of all guest activities with making recommendations, supporting cross lines of business and booking all reservations.
  • Having example itineraries of things for guests to do based on their demographics: families, couples, athletic, less mobile.
  • Providing information to Front Desk and Guest Service team members to support knowledge of pricing/activities/events at the hotel and in town.
  • Monitoring and updating videos, slideshows and information to present on the concierge tv stream.
  • Handling any guest comments or claims providing exceptional service and resolution.
  • Greet customers and support the Journey Ambassador program during high volume periods of business.
  • Function as a key associate providing the 1st impression of the hotel to each guest.
  • Support the maintenance and sanitation of the work spaces during the shift to ensure a safe work environment, compliance with applicable regulations and protection of the physical asset
  • Monitor KIPSU and ensure that all guests’ needs are taken care of in advance and a sense of welcome is conveyed.
  • Provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times by creating the WOW experience
  • Focus on providing world-class service for every guest at every opportunity.
  • Create the "WOW" factor at their first impression - arrival at the hotel.
  • Be aware of VIP guests and communicate this to staff
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Support of Front Desk operations when occupancy is low and concierge service is not needed.
  • Successfully complete other duties as assigned.



Job Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Excel - required
  • Detail oriented on assigned tasks and the ability to follow through to a conclusion
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive production through completion
  • Ability to work successfully in a strong team environment
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly - required

The budgeted range starts at $20.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
