Gravity Haus Breckenridge is the adventure destination and social haus for the modern adventurer. Replacing the former Village Hotel at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 9, the newly renovated and tech-forward ski-in/ ski-out boutique property features 60 distinctly-curated rooms and a variety of sleeping configurations to accommodate every type of traveler. Designed to activate a community of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts year-round, Gravity Haus offers ongoing insider experiences ranging from outdoor excursions to social programming.  Onsite amenities at Gravity Haus include Dryland fitness and sports recovery center, Backcountry discovery center, a super trampoline, StarterHaus, a new coworking space, farm-to-cup Unravel coffee, nourishing dining at Cabin Juice, a Japanese-inspired onsen and more.

Through partnerships with the National Forest Foundation and Protect Our Winters (POW) Gravity Haus promotes stewardship through onsite programming, give-back initiatives, and outdoor excursions.

A GRAVITY HAUS HAUSPERSON is generally responsible for cleaning and maintaining hallways, storerooms, and back of house areas, trash removal, stocking and maintaining inventories of guest and cleaning supplies, delivering amenities to guestrooms and other cleaning duties as assigned. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


  • Providing exceptional guest service experiences in all interactions
  • Assuring that the guestroom floors, public, spaces, and back of the house are always clean and orderly
  • Cleaning public areas - hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells, etc.
  • Removing dirty linen, terry and trash from the service areas and taking to the appropriate locations.
  • Assist housekeepers as needed (i.e. moving furniture, rollaway beds, etc.)
  • Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Stipping guestrooms.
  • Delivering guest supplies as requested.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, closets and laundry room space.
  • Ensure that all the hallways are clear of trash and used room service trays are removed.
  • Report any maintenance issues in a timely manner to ensure all items are addressed quickly.
  • Comply with all Resort policies, procedures and standards of operation.
  • Ensure the department leads the charge in recycling efforts and environmental initiatives.
  • Perform any additional tasks or projects as required. 



  • High School diploma or GED. -preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience in property of similar size and quality. -preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English to guests, vendors and employees. -preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. -required
  • Must be able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day. –required
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays. –required
