Job Summary

The Team Lead for the Employee Center will work as a member of the Base Area Operations team to ensure proper issue, care and return of all Breckenridge Uniforms.  This includes uniform check out, inventory, inventory control, cleaning and maintenance.  This person will work to ensure the uniform center and storage facilities are kept in a neat and orderly fashion and that all inventory is maintained through the uniform manager tracking system.  This position is responsible for ensuring all line level employees are trained on proper protocols of uniform distribution, and abide by all company and departmental policies.  This position will partner with other resorts, procurement and Helly Hansen to identify and implement uniform best practices.


Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage:  $20 / hour
    • “Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour.”  
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time, Year Round (10-months)
    • Position will have July and August off each year.
  • Skill Level: Intermediate 


Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Provides a great employee experience
  • Responsible for scheduling of staff and product to ensure the department is ready for customers
  • Responsible for working with departmental contacts to schedule distribution
  • Responsible for training staff on uniform manager
  • Responsible for inventory management and reporting
  • Coordinate with procurement and Helly Hansen to generate orders and determine warranty decisions
  • Manage uniform laundering, alteration and repair process
  • Manage time and labor for employees
  • Supervise seasonal and temp part time staff
  • Distributes, collects, and inspects uniforms for employees
  • Creates and distributes nametags when requested
  • Assigns and collects fees for cleaning, repair, and replacement
  • Keep the uniform center clean and organized



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English. Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence.
  • Intermediate or better user of basic Microsoft Office Products (Office, Excel).
  • Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time without sitting.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays if necessary.



  • Previous Administrative Experience.
  • Previous inventory tracking experience.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.



The budgeted range starts at $20 - $28.41.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
