Seasonal Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications:    

  • Starting Wage: $25 per hour 

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Winter Seasonal  


Breckenridge Resort is looking for an outgoing and dedicated individual to join their Rental Delivery Team! 



Assistant Manager will be responsible for the following job duties:

  • assist manager in onboarding and training of new employees.
  • be fluent in both front and back of house operations
  • oversee and assist in coordination of rental orders, deliveries, and equipment retrieval.
  • training and instruction of delivery shop practices in regards to certification and the delivery process
  • oversee and assist in maintenance of shop equipment
  • assist store manager in communicating company values and goals to the employees
  • assist store manager in recruiting and maintaining a quality core staff
  • assist in maintaining and administering operational expectations by following company policies and guidelines
  • maintain positive working relationship with rental properties and other retail stores, and Vail resorts departments
  • be knowlegable of hotels and rental properties in Breckenridge.
  • provide epic service in customer interactions
  • promote and assist in maintaining a positive working relationship with rental properties, hotels, and other Breckenridge stores




  • Education: HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Work Experience: 1 year of retail experience required, snowsports retail experience preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: 1 year of management or assistant management experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Language(s) Skill: English fluency
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with rental and retail POS systems preferred



The budgeted range starts at $25.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
