We are seeking a Coaster Attendant who can start early spring and transition to our summer position.

The Coaster Attendant provides attentive and friendly guest service to visitors of the Goldrunner Coaster.  The Goldrunner Coaster is an elevated roller coaster track where our guests race down the mountain on 2,500 feet of hairpin curves and twists.  The Winter Coaster Attendant must be able to provide safety and guest service for this unique winter experience by:


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Promote safety in the participation of the Goldrunner Coaster and in completion of job duties
  • Promote a positive outlook for the company by being enthusiastic and inspiring
  • Provide exceptional guest service on a daily basis
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with other team members
  • Efficiently and safely attend to guests of Goldrunner Coaster
  • Attend and instruct guests in use of equipment in a friendly manner
  • Assist with snow removal from ride track, a critical component of making this activity available to our guests
  • Assist with other winter operations when needed
  • Complete all required training and documentation



  • Able to work in a family environment in a professional manner
  • Able to lift 55 lbs. repetitively for shifts of 30 - 60 minutes alternating with other employees
  • Able to use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) as well as manual excavation tools (shovel, pick, etc.)
  • Able to walk uphill at a moderate pace at elevation of 10,500 feet +
  • Able to communicate instruction for and monitor participation in various winter activities
  • Able to communicate directions in English for 30-60 minutes at a time
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
