 Arrowhead Alpine Club is looking for an experienced individual to Join their leadership team. The F&B Team Lead's respnsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Supervises  the Club. Role includes the preparation and service of daily continental breakfast, daily lunch program, afternoon snacks, weekly wine and cheese, and other miscellaneous events as needed
  •  “On the floor” duties will include bartending,cooking, attending to the lounge, stocking, cleaning, and supervising daily
  • Assist in all areas as needed
  • Plan, organize and implement all food programming
  • Bartending and interacting with members to ensure prompt and courteous service
  • Compile list for ordering to maintain par levels of all food, kitchen supplies and ware washing supplies
  • Responsible for all areas of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness including, but not limited to: trash removal and recycling program
  • Directly supervise kitchen staff, F&B attendants, bartenders, and holiday help - responsibilities include but not limited to: scheduling, training, entering time and payroll approval.
  • Pair cheeses to wines to create a complimentary wine and cheese event every Wednesday and some Sundays
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to assist management in other areas as needed
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality of all members
  • Hands on position which not only requires supervising but serving, bartending, prepping, cooking, cleaning, and assisting as needed
  • This position requires leadership skills and the ability to train current and new staff
  • This position reports to Club Food & Beverage Manager
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must understand how to interact with members on a certain level
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
