Food & Beverage Support - Part Time - Winter Seasonal

Responsible for keeping dining areas, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, foyers, windows and the deck area of the restaurant area neat and sanitary during and after business hours. These responsibilities include vacuuming, bussing of tables, floor mopping, dish washing, and general cleaning. 

Responsibilities:

• Greeting Guests at the door and helping with their journey through our chalet
• Assist with capacity managment of indoor space to be compliant with state guidelines
• Vacuuming, Sweeping and Mopping of high-traffic areas
• Bussing tables and assisting in dining room cleaning throughout the day
• Occasional beverage service, pouring and serving fountain drinks, hot beverages and condiments. 
• General cleaning of common guest and employee areas
• Assist customers and guests throughout the day with questions, directions, and general inquiries
• Occasionally assist with prep-cook work and food preparation
   

Job Requirements:

• Positive work ethic
• Ability to work on a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to speak, read, and communicate in English
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Already has or has the ability to obtain a Serve Safe Food Handlers Card within 30-days of employment
• Must enjoy working directly with guests
• Has a high school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
