The Manager of Operations Support is responsible for managing VRR’s centralized communication, documentation, and operational best practices for all retail and rental locations. As the Manager of Operations Support you will utilize existing tools and resources as well as develop new strategies to support our front-line operators and drive the connection of information for all teams. This role will lead the development of a new field reporting strategy to help drive accountability and create best practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all operational documentation including policies, SOPs, and guiding information for all retail and rental locations.  This includes annual reviews and maintenance of documents, creation of new items as required, end user sign-off and acknowledgement, and development of documentation strategy
  • Lead VRR Communications strategy including day to day operations of current program and strategic roadmap of future communication strategy
  • Provide communications and documentation oversight and creation of day to day and critical special projects related to the Ops Support Team deliverables and roadmap as necessary. Support the creation and distribution of communications to front line staff
  • Lead the development of field reporting strategy that help monitor and drive front line behavior and accountability
  • Use data driven approach to identify efficiencies in-store including staffing models, operational costs and critical time saving opportunities for the front line. Organize and present findings and recommended changes to team to drive our foundational processes
  • Partner with Operations Support and VRR Field Leadership to identify and provide solutions to challenges and opportunites within existing programs and processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merch, Accounting, Health and Safety, and Loss prevention to determine proper formats and cadence for all reporting that is deployed
  • Utilize existing systems for documentation, communication and data analysis. Continually look for new opportunities to refine our approach and grow using existing or new opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, and 3+ years of related experience.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking to build solutions to sophisticated problems.
  • Ability to pitch ideas and gain support, and then develop tactical plans to implement.
  • Experience managing projects and timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with Aptos, RPOS, SharePoint, and PolicyTech preferred

 

 The budgeted range starts at $60,000 - $73,450 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
